How to reach us
Write to [email protected] or telephone . Email is answered in the order it arrives, usually within one working day. A telephone call is quicker for a delivery that is out with a carrier right now.
What to include
- The order reference, if the question is about an order.
- The bottle name and the delivery address, if a parcel is involved.
- Photographs of the outer box and the packaging, if a bottle arrived damaged.
- The state you are sending to, if the question is about whether delivery is possible.
Order questions
An order can be cancelled or its address corrected before it is dispatched. After dispatch, tracking is the fastest way to see where a parcel is; if the tracking has not moved for two working days, tell us and we will chase the carrier. Age checks and signature requirements are the two most common reasons a delivery stalls, so it helps to warn the recipient that a signature is needed.
Age, licence and legal questions
Questions about the 21 and over requirement are answered on the age verification page, and questions about what may be sent where are answered on the shipping restrictions page.Registered business details and alcohol licence information are available on request from customer support.
Business hours
Telephone calls are answered on working days during normal business hours. Email sent at a weekend or on a public holiday is read on the next working day. If a message concerns a bottle that arrived damaged, mark it urgent in the subject line so it is picked up first.
