Description
Honor the legacy of Kentucky distilling with the 15 STARS First West Toasted Oak Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This small-batch spirit offers a sophisticated sipping experience, meticulously blended from 5, 6, and 7-year-old bourbons to achieve a profile that is both approachable and deeply complex. The unique character of this 98-proof whiskey comes from its secondary finishing in two distinct toasted oak casks, a process that imparts rich, layered depth to every glass. On the nose, you are greeted by inviting aromas of sweet banana, honey, and licorice, balanced by seasoned oak and nutmeg. The palate follows with a vibrant mix of bright cherry, orange, and creamy toffee, wrapped in the warmth of vanilla. A lingering finish of apricot, tobacco, and cinnamon baking spices makes this bourbon an excellent choice for savoring slowly.
